If you are a Homeowner and you have a resident(s) living in your home,
each resident must have a blue resident badge.
They are required to wear them wherever they go on the Holiday Heights Clubhouse’s property
and they must be visible.
You must be a resident 18 years of age or older to get a resident badge.
All resident badge holders DO NOT need to be escorted by the Homeowner.
The blue resident badges will be available to get on Wednesdays
starting on May 22nd between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM
located in our Multi-Purpose Meeting Room which is next to the Administrative Office.
First come, first serve!
The resident badges must be signed for by the Homeowner. They will only be given to those Homeowners with residents that we currently have on record.
If you are a Homeowner and have a resident(s) and you have not registered your resident(s) with our office, it is
your responsibility to do so by bringing in a copy of your resident’s ID into our office before obtaining a blue resident badge.
There will be a $50 charge for lost blue resident badges.
