Dear Homeowners,

In our continuing effort to mitigate potential spread of the Coronavirus, we are announcing the following as directed by the CDC recommendations and in compliance with “social-distancing” directives:

Effective immediately All Committee Meetings and Activities are cancelled through April 30th.

Building 1 (office bldg.) will be open from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm daily and closed completely on Saturday and Sunday.  The office window is closed for any and all interactive business.  HOA Dues may be placed in the mailbox on the wall outside of the office.  All checks and coupons must be in sealed envelopes.  Our office staff is available by phone in an effort to keep them safe from any potential exposure.

Building 2 (auditorium) – Completely closed and locked through April 30th.

All major April events are being either cancelled or postponed and handled by the respective chairperson.

The Board will continue to manage HOA business as usual and will monitor the current crisis and update you with Robo Calls and Alerts posted on the website and advise you accordingly.

Please remember do not call the office with any questions. Contact Board Directors via their office extensions listed in the Courier and on the website.

We are striving to be in compliance with recommendations to keep us all safe and healthy and contain the virus quickly in an effort to return to our normal day to day life and ask for your patience and understanding.

We ask that you remain cautious and use your best judgment.

We wish you all good health and ask that you follow all precautions as published by health officials.
